Does it work with all subreddits?

speakeasy works with any publicly accessible Reddit post, including both old.reddit.com and new Reddit URLs. Private subreddits, quarantined communities, and age-gated content may not be accessible for extraction.

What about posts that are mostly links or images?

speakeasy works best with text-heavy self-posts. Link posts that point to external articles will follow the link and extract the external article's text instead. Image galleries and video posts don't have enough text content for meaningful audio conversion.

Can I convert Reddit AMAs?

Yes. AMA posts with substantial written responses from the host are great candidates for audio conversion. speakeasy extracts the original post body, which in AMAs typically includes the host's introduction and context. For the Q&A portion, comment extraction is not yet supported.
